Welcome to Shreeming ("Platform"), operated by Shreeming.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Google's account terms in your country, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account linked to your Shreeming profile, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (text, images, comments, captions). By posting content, you grant Shreeming.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform and in connection with promoting the Platform, for as long as it remains posted.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or incites violence
Post false or misleading news, or impersonate any person, organization, or news outlet
Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
Spam, manipulate engagement metrics, or use automated tools (bots) to interact with the Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Platform's operation
Circumvent our content moderation or word-filtering systems

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms. Certain restricted words may be automatically filtered from comments and reposts; such content may be hidden from public view while remaining visible only to its author.

6. News Content and Sources

News articles published on the Platform may cite third-party sources. Citations and linked source material are provided for attribution and reference; we do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party source content and are not responsible for it. Article content, including any "Breaking News" formatted posts, reflects information available at the time of publishing and may be updated or corrected.

7. Advertising and Affiliate Content

The Platform displays Google AdSense advertising and may display sponsored "affiliate ad" product cards within articles. These are clearly labeled "Sponsored." Clicking an affiliate ad may redirect you to a third-party website or open a WhatsApp conversation with a third-party seller. Shreeming.com is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party advertiser or seller, does not guarantee any product, price, or offer shown, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any product or service you purchase through such links.

8. Intellectual Property

The Shreeming name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Shreeming.com and may not be used without permission. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at Shreemingmedia@gmail.com with details of the content and your ownership claim, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

The Platform may contain embedded YouTube videos, Facebook posts, X (Twitter) posts, and links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate, complete, or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreeming.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from user-generated content, third-party links, or affiliate advertising.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shreeming.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
